Coolant Crossover

I have a coolant crossover that I purchased from a member here many years ago, and believe it's for an 99-01 Cobra. I am never going to use it and want to list it for sale, but I'm not 100% certain it's what I think it is. Can any of you New Edge enthusiasts confirm whether it's a 99-01 unit? Thanks in advance!

Looks like something someone put together. Definitely not factory. I may have a use for it.
