On rough roads, I seem to have metal on metal rattle when roof up, right around rear passenger window. The noise sounds like a washer rattling on a bolt. I can’t figure it out. It doesn’t happen when roof is down...so I know it’s not anything suspension or muffler related. Can anyone help?

The A-Pillar anchor point has a screw in it - it is possible it might be coming loose. Just a regular Phillips head screw if that is the issue.
Mine came loose to the point that the screw fell into my lap from the driver's side. Just snugged it back in and no issues since - although I don't recall it making any odd noises in my case.
