My cobra was tuned on e85 by Bob Kurgan and on the dyno sheet my AFR is right in 11.5-12.5 groove. I am in no way an experienced tuner that is why I am asking, but from what I have gathered from reading around 93 tune should read 11.5-12.5 on AFR and E85 should be much lower? I am looking into getting a wideband setup in the car and would like some help understanding what readings I should be seeing and what wideband I should run. Encase you wonder yes I have contacted Kurgan and have yet to see a response in 2 weeks time.

Widebands read in Lambda. They have no idea what fuel they are reading. They just read burnt/unburnt fuel and tell you what it is. Just because E85 has a lower Stoich Point, doesn't mean different A/F on a wideband. A wideband just converts voltage to a number that people understand as A/F.

That being said, the only wideband I recommend is the Ballenger AFR500.

They are Spot On and I tune a lot of Cobras. Especially E85 cars.

I'm sure it was accurate. Hope you are recovering well.
