I have been looking for one going on 3 years and saw just one for sale that was not in good condition. I look online every day. The search continues

A really nice one came up for sale in mid July, and sold quickly. If you are a serious buyer, you need to keep a close eye out and have your finances ready to buy immediately. I mostly see people on this forum post WTB listings, and check back every few weeks. You’ll never be successful doing this.

Where do you search online? I have a bunch of sites bookmarked but want to have all my bases covered.
If I told you that then the day one comes up for sale, I would be working or something else and you would beat me to it! I search using different browsers, and don't forget to search Canada car sales places. Good luck, but not better luck than me haha

No worries I’m not actively searching! I don’t have nearly enough saved to make a purchase. I’m likely another .[emoji6]- years out. I never looked into Canadian cars. Good idea.

I found one about a year ago with 120k miles with a bad transmission that had been sitting for years. Couple accidents on the car fax and a undocumented built motor. It did have some goodies. Whipple/fuel system/MM kmember/ RXT

I paid 19k for it.

i think what will be really telling on Comp O values is if they continue to climb even for cars with an accident or damage on the Carfax. for as long as I've been tracking values of the comp o cars (and being a former owner of a low mile example) the ones with a ding on the Carfax usually sell for much less than the clean Carfax ones. if these cars reach boss 9 or 302 status one day I think like most classic cars people will not care about that kind of stuff as they will just be happy to have they're hands on one. I've debating picking up a 40k CLEAN coupe recently but the only thing holding me back was a repaint of a minor panel that was documented on the fax due to a very minor accident that was cosmetic only.
