I still have a couple feet of snow in my yard! The Canada Geese are arriving back and they are camping in the middle of a field because there is no open water yet...lol! I even seen gophers (prairie dogs) running around in the snow.

Yep, getting deep. I plowed in front of the nearest garage stall last night otherwise I think the drift would be bigger. Once it's completely done snowing I have to clean all this crap up. Can't believe it's the middle of April.

We only got 4 inches here, but wind just howled, still snowing so will wait until late this afternoon to clear snow.

Right now we're in the 5 - 10" range for additional accumulation this evening. Being called an historic april snow storm, totals are going to be 15 to 30". I'm at work right now and the wife texted me that our road hasn't been plowed yet. Judging the size for the drifts I busted thru this morning I'm guessing the evening commute will be fun. On a side note I definitely need a tune for my F150 to truly disable traction control when in 4-high. Nothing worse than getting bogged down in a big drift and then TC kicks in. Down right pisses me off! lol

Wife counted over 60 Robins in our crab apple trees eating last years fruit, nothing else for them to eat really. Still snowing, may just get up oh dark 30 to plow out so wife can teach her 3rd graders.

Used to live in west south dakota. Ill pass. I can drive my car at minimum once a week where i am now amd do so on e85. Midwest is garbage unless you arent into cars and just love the scenery and want to hunt and fish while living off the grid.

I enjoy a good 1-2 blizzards each winter, but extending that scenario into mid/late April would get old after a few years.
