i'm sure it could be done with a bit of fabrication but why? you can use the pumpkin(see bottom), the hubs, the shocks and the axles(see bottom)

to use the cobra diff and axles, the axles have to be modified. or you can swap the diff for a 28 spline diff and use your tbird axles

Why would you do this when a full IRS came on those cars, and with discs on SCs and some 96 and 97s?

All tbirds 89 to 97 had rear disc if they had abs brakes then in late 96 and all 97 had disc no matter what

If you can bolt up a Foxbody/SN95 Mustangs SRA using Mustang upper and lower control arms then yes the IRS subframe should bolt right up.

It does not bolt up. Find a SC assym if you want disc and trac lock.
