I think the Cobra 03 forum is not productive in its current allocation. I am not trying to tell anybody how they should run there environment, but IMO I would do the following:
Keep "Announcement: *PLEASE BE SURE TO LOGIN*" and rename it "Announcement
osting Guidlines". Also put "Look: **Vendors please read before posting" in this thread.
"Look: AIRBOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (pics)" and "Look: 03 Cobra FAQ, was: Parts they wont tell us about" should be reorganized into the how-to section.
Get rid of "Look: Submit your vehicle for the SVT of the Month!" and make a seperate forum for this.
Make a link to the How-to Article and list the sections there.
I have a 19" monitor at 1152x864 and it is really annoying that I can only see 4 posts before I need to scroll down to see more. Anybody with a smaller monitor or lower res and this would really suck.
