is their a method to taking these out? they are a huge pain and im bending it making it hard to pull out.

Been a long time, but I'm pretty sure I used a pair of needle nose and pulled hard.

i ended up having to take the driver seat out for more room. a mini screwdriver did the trick. cut my hand when i pulled hard but it was worth it. took me all day to get the quadrant out definetly not a fun experience.

I ended up braking/cutting mine trying to get it out.. was okay because the new one came with all the hardware.
