Clutch problems

Don't have a slipping issue, it just seems like the clutch is not engaging enough to let me get it into gear, and then it starts engaging the flywheel with the pedel all the way to the floor. Maybe I don't have it adjusted enough or maybe the 16 year old clutch just needs to be replaced.

I had replaced mine at 365k.

It still had grooves in it. Would have gotten another 200k easy.

What type of quadrant do you have

Single
Double
Triple hook?

I didn’t do firewall adjuster but did a single hook

Heavy duty cable modified adjustable end.

I notice my single had a longer draw than stock.

But thinking the double and triple must really shorten it also if used on those
