So my clutch is at the very end of the pedal. I've tried pulling up on the stock quadrant and I'm not getting anything out of it. Possible the clutch is getting worn out? Pretty sure it's almost original to the car.

My clutch engages at the end of the pedal too and is brand new. When it slips and doesn't engage anymore that's when its done. You need to tighten the cable. The pivot ball moves the engagement point. Pull up on the pedal until you hear a click and then push it down. At least that's the way I remember it - it's been a while. My setup has been manual firewall adjuster for a while now.
