I noticed that the black plastic inside the wheel wells is all faded, dirty and discolored. What do you use to clean them? I figured it would looke nice if they were re-painted as well. Should I just use a chassis paint?

I just wipe them down with detailers spray. It gets them looking like new.

Something like this?

I've been wanting to do this for a while but keep forgetting. This will be my next project.

yes you can use that. I use the ultimate detailer made by the same company

wont the detailer spray pick up all kinds of rocks, dirt and dust?
nope. never had that problem

I pull the wheels off once and a while and scrub the wheel wells w/Simple Green then wipe them down w/Armorall. OP, no issues picking up road debris.

simple green works great but I wouldnt use armorall because that will catch dirt

Bedliner spray paint has worked well for me and makes them real easy to clean

nice new avatar bro!

I scrub with simple green too but use foaming tire spray (kevin suggested it to me)............turns out great and stays looking new for a long time with no real problems picking up dirt (and that's in oklahoma where red dirt/dust blows everywhere all the time)

Thanks B, never thought about the tire spray. I`ll give that a try.
