The problem with the letter agency boys is that they have unlimited resources to take these cases to court. Only when you get some agency with enough cash to fight them do you get results.

Having several states as plaintiffs definitely helps.

Most of North America was under a sheet of ice centuries ago.

How did it melt back then without mankind, cars, factories, coal, etc.?

Do we as a society contribute to climate change? Absolutely.

But not to the effect the doomsdayers say. The earth will get warmer, and maybe in 20,000 years it will cool off again.

They know it too. But you can’t tax and profit off of that narrative

Yet the ****tards say “follow the science“ when they want to control your lives…
Not when actual scientific facts/evidence/history is screaming in your face. Go figure.

Kind of funny seeing the outrage. The Supreme Court has ruled in several cases that the federal government's power should be limited, and that laws should be handled by the legislative branch.

If you listen to a lot of people, this is literally fascism.

A lot of people do not understand the form of government the Constitution lays out.

So was her decision based on law or beliefs?

F the stupid wench. If the left wants to start it fine and dandy by me as the gloves are officially off with me on and over the Lefty Commies. (Joe and the rest of the filthy left saying the Supreme Court is illegitimate)
