The land of commies and socialists!
So as usual I have a TON of leftovers in my fridge. Several pounds of smoked ham, some deep fried turkey, home made mac n cheese, rolls, home smoked cheese and the list goes on. This year I started swapping leftover ideas with friends and thought we could get a list going of what people do with theirs.

Tonight I took some of the rolls we had and made some nice toasted sandwiches. I toasted the bread in the oven with the broiler on low then put the ingredients on each half and back in the oven to heat everything up. My favorite hands down was ham with mack n cheese. The others were turkey with smoked cheese ( cheddar, pepper jack, gouda) grainy mustard and even pepperchinis.

Let's hear what everyone else does.

Prime Rib omelet. Shaved the prime rib, got the skilled nice and hot, seared it. Two eggs, cheddar cheese, prime rib with chives with a few dabs of creamy horseradish sauce. It was amazing.

If you have a waffle iron or a panini maker, load it with stuffing and use that as the base for the best open-face sandwich ever.

Had a ham and a turkey. Plenty of those left over.
Plenty of mashed potato too.
But I NEVER make enough stuffing. Never.:cryying:
I even have two as of yet, untouched pies.
But most important. i have enough liquor left over to float a Battleship.
