ANY dealership can make a warranty claim, it doesn't have to be the selling nor receiving dealership. Sounds to me that they used that as a cop out to avoid the risk of damaging the rim, which is exactly (just in different words) what the first dealership did.</p><p></p><p>Discount Tire will knock it out for you in no time.
