Don't like it and would likely destroy it over the first driveway entrance anyway.

I would love to see a functional one but I can already tell you that mounting one that is functional will require trimming of the stock bumper. It would also need to be very rigidly mounted and relatively easy to remove for street driving.

Not practical on a street car but a track car yes.

You could still make something that would be functional and streetable. Just don't slam your car and keep the the splitter reasonable.
