Checking interest '95 Cobra

Hey I am just checking to see what the interest would be in my friends '95 Cobra. It is Black with the cloth interior, has about 150,000+ miles on it ( so it is a little worn). It has new Pulleys, Mac X pipe, K&N CAI, new brakes with new pin kit, Flowmaster Exhaust, Chrome 18" Cobra R's, recent tires, snew shocks, and tinted windows. Ok what is the interest?

A little of both my friend is testing the water and see if its time to let her go. make an offer it could be yours... he lives outside college park.

I dont need another high mileage 5liter, but i would say probably 7K would be a good price.
