Is that 2.93 a UPPER SNOUT pulley or the lower one?

The pulley is the cheap part, the pulley tool is what's gonna get you. Cheapest I could find was $104 for the pulley $145 for the ASP puller + $40 for the new belt + $28 shipping = $317.

I went to a tuner shop instead $140 parts / $130 labor = $270 and if anything goes wrong on the removal or install they owe me new parts.
