Change oil at 25% life, or wait?

As title states. I'm heading out for a short road trip and curious if concern with delaying oil change. Been driving a lot of highway on this oil (Illinois to Arizona, back through Denver). Next trip is to mid Missouri and back.
2018 f150 3.5 eb, about 25k on the OD. Using a standard full synthetic (mobil 1 or other).

Do you wait till it says 0-5% oil life before you change your oil?

Just regular mobile i would change it. I perfer the mobil 1 extended performance.
