Center Exhaust & Wiper Control

(2004 SVTf - 4 Door) The PO installed the Borla Center Exhaust (I think from Ford Racing). The rubber hanger is broken and I am using zip ties to keep it in place. I contacted Borla for a replacement hanger but it seems like a black hole. Any suggestions?
Also, when I am using the intermittent wiper, the blades are too high and get pushed up into my vision. Is there a spring that I need to adjust? The blades are those single blade type, not the ones that have several hinges like the old school types. Again, any suggestions?

Not knowing the exact design of the center exit Borla exhaust:

You probably could go back with OEM rubber bushing
-OR-
Measure the original and order an aftermarket polyurethane version

I'm a little confused regarding the wiper itself...

Maybe you have to remove the actual arm itself and "reset" it on the mounting bolt.
