[QUOTE="Relaxed Chaos, post: 16602651, member: 64993"] Completed my sale of my RS5 to Carvana this past Saturday. It was smooth and easy. Received my money electronically deposited at 7AM this morning. Here's my take on the overall transaction. - Minimal communication through the process, which could be good or bad depending on the person. Minimal contact options to talk to a real person. - Carvana didn't cover my area with drop offs or pick ups. I had to drive a little over an hour to a city within a 100 mile radius of one of their offices to physically hand off my car. I got to pick the transaction location, as long as it was a public business with a parking lot. Had to keep the faith they would show up as planned, and they did. - The guy that did show up was on time, but had no indication he was official Carvana: no sign on the car, no branded gear, not even a Carvana business card. This left me a little puzzled. My wife was worried, but I assured her there are less risky methods to commit grand theft auto. - Minimal paperwork. It took maybe 15 minutes before we were on our way, leaving behind the RS5 to wait for the contracted flatbed tow truck to pick up the car sometime later. Overall, definitely the easy button to sell your car. If I was inclined to buy a car from Carvana, I'm not convinced I'd get a clean, no hassle used car experience from the way they buy cars. How do they evaluate the used cars they buy, or do they leave that up to potential future owners and the 7 day no hassle return?
