Anyone ever had elevated levels of CO in their B302? I had no issues with my first B302 (2013 preproduction car). I now have a 2012 B302 base package car which was initially sold in Canada and now legalized for the US. When I drive it for 30 minutes or more I’m getting headaches.

I took my wife and out daughter for a 2-hour ride and they both got nauseated, and I had a headache. I never had this problem in my first B302, but then again it was a Recaro car and I must say the seats make a HUGE difference.

I will be investing in a CO meter and testing. Have any of you experienced similar issues?

No mods or tunes... totally stock. The exhaust plates are out.

It has 3000 miles. Do you think the cats would go bad that quick?

I looked under it and there are no kinks or crushed pipes zones.

I'd check to make sure all the body plugs are in place and sealed properly. Also check for any exhaust leaks.
