Hi everyone
I own a 2004 Ford Focus svt and my car doesn't want to start. I changed the clutch safety switch and nothing. My car has electricity going through it since I can turn all my lights on and everything else just can't turn on my car. I'm guessing it's the starter because my car turned on while me and a couple of buddies pushed start it and it worked but as soon as I turned it off nothing. Does anyone know what the best way to get to the starter or anybody of the diagram of the 2004 zetec motor? Any help would be great

Starter relay? Ignition switch?
Don't get me wrong, the starter is probably the culprit but do a little more troubleshooting before spending the $$

I'd start by checking battery connections and cables, you can get enough power through bad cables to turn on lights but not engage the starter. Cables can corrode internally and you'd never know it.
