Car "floating"

So i havent spent a ton of time on this issue, but ever since we have had the car 67' mustang.... it looks like a drunk guy driving it down the road. It floats bad.

about 3 years ago I did a v8 conversion with it, and while i was at it i rebuilt the front end hoping to get rid of this issue, but nope. So what could it be?!

I was told 3.5 degrees of positive caster might help when my daughters car was doing something similar, her steering felt "light" and she was weaving as she drove down the road. Did you replace all the springs or are they the originals?

its got new v8 springs up front, the tires also squel when going over bumps?

Do a shelby drop on the upper control arms and re-align to shelby alignment. That helps quite a bit
