Car Covers

With winter storage right around the corner, can anyone recommend a quality car cover than will insulate against - rain, snow, sunlight. Also, I've seen people at shows with wheel covers also - who sells these?

Also, is anybody renting garage space in the Philadelphia area? So far not to much luck finding space or their price is unrealistic.

Any made with that "Evolution 4" material from Kimberly-Clark are good. Get on that is custom fit though. They tend to stay on better than the universal fit covers. Don't know about the wheel covers though.
