The only things that stood out to me were:

1. The Bank 2 02 Sensor data it seemed consistently low across the board compared to Bank 1. I believe it may be an exhaust leak at the header to midpipe connection.

2. Cylinder 5 and 7 logged a single misfire each.

3. The Knock Sensor Retard Limit hit 3?

I just got the P-1SC back after getting internal seals and part of the case replaced, and am happy to report I'm finally hitting 10 psi... wanting to make sure everything looks good on the log.

I'm not a SN95 guy, but the single misfire is fine. If you get a lot, then it's a problem.

I would say fix the exhaust leak, if the O2 doesn't come back, replace the O2 sensor and go from there.

As for knock retard, the newer platforms indicate advance when a positive number and negative if it pulls timing. Some of our SN95 guys can speak up. If this holds true then adding timing means no knock, but I don't know what the conditions are for knock timing limit. I'd need to see the data table for your year.
