Cam install help please!

A little help would be much appreciated guys. I’m putting together an engine for my 99. Bought an 04 aviator engine and will put all the cobra dressing back on it. Found a deal on some comp 106160 cams and looking to degree them for a decent compromise between a choppy idle and good power. Looking for advice on where to set them. I’m familiar with degreeing cams and have the tools. Car will have long tubes and will never see boost or nitrous. Just want a good sounding “quick” ride. Thanks

Thanks, I’ll try to pm as I don’t have Facebook. I have googled and searched plenty and found an old post on Mach 1 registry where he recommends 108/116 for a nasty idle with these cams. Spent a good part of the afternoon filing key ways and currently sitting at 112.75/116 on one side. Forgot how much fun degreeing can be, lol.
