Yes, that accurate per year and not every few weeks to months does it have any loss/gain deviation.</p><p></p><p>The back of the case is engraved with the date of the Apollo 15 mission where the watch famously was worn by David Scott when his Omega stopped working, so he put on the Bulova, which at the time had no real name and was made specifically for David Scott to bring into space when Bulova gave him one they special made for the trip. He initially wore the Omega and intended on wearing that, but once it broke, the Bulova because his main option. If you're wondering about which watches have been in space, they consist of Omega, Bulova, Sinn, and Fortis.</p><p></p><p></p><p>I purchased this watch just last month and another Seiko the last week of March. The watch has a 3 year warranty and has not been activated yet. So the new owner can go online and register the watch under their name as the owner.
