You won't really know until you get it apart. You need to know what parts were actually used and what is really damaged. We can give you all kinds of ways to save or spend. But you need to know the actual condition first.

I haven’t heard great things about MMR internals. I would definitely go thru that rotating assembly with a fine tooth comb.
