Hey guys today something popped while i was driving at slow speed, before that it felt like the brakes were frozen so i was driving to see if i heard anything, driving it went fine then something popped. i took a video of what it sound like on jack stands. Just seeing what you guys think it might be. I appreciate it.

I'm not sure about the noise in the video, but I do know Auburn differentials will pop like crazy if they don't have the correct mixture of oil in them. I changed the oil in mine three times before finding the mixture that worked. ACdelco 75w-90 with limited slip additive pre mixed along with an additional bottle of limited slip additive per quart made my Auburn as quite as a stock differential.

By the way, the extra bottle of additive was a mistake on my part. By the time I noticed that the gear oil had LS additive I had already mixed the additional additive in. I've put a few thousand miles on it since at it works perfectly, so I left it.
