Brand New V3si shit the bed with less than 50 miles on it.

Been working on this setup all spring. Bought the blower new on here in November. Started making this noise after a few street miles. Only starts making it after it has fully warmed up after reinstall. Pulled the blower TWICE and checked idlers/replaced the factory idler. Two different tensioners.. Impeller looks good.. Has to be coming from the gear box.. The part that really burns me is I emailed Vortech Warranty department and have not gotten so much as a reply in two weeks.. Good way to piss off an already mad customer. This is my 5th Vortech.. Can't say i'm real pleased at the moment.

First thing I did was chance the oil. Oil was clean and at the proper level.
