Brand New 03/04 Cobra drivers seat cover

I have an original brand new ford drivers seat cover for an 03/04 cobra the seat cover was bought new from ford back in 2004 and has never been used. I have been saving it for my car when the drivers seat got worn out, I sold the car so I no longer need it. I am not to sure what it is worth so I am open to offers. I will post pictures of it later

Are the middle inserts light grey, tan or black?

Also, do you have the top and bottom cover? If so, would you be willing to sell them separately?

inserts are light grey, I do have top and bottom I do not want to separate them.
