Which ones would you or will you guys get for your 03's?
What options do I have?

It depends on the use. For the street, I like the Porterfield R4S's. Good cold bite, low dust, and no noise. Do not run those pads on a road course - I found out the hard way. The consensus seems to be that the Hawk Blues, and the Performance friction 01 compund are pretty good for medium duty track use. BTW - Front rotors are cheaper than the pads for these cars, so don't worry too much about pads being "rotor friendly".
