Silly question but I have 2012 GT with a vortech supercharger with the maxflow race valve. Would there be an issue adding the JPC Racing tial bov intercooler pipe to this setup?

Judging by the kit info. you're paying for the piping. Your max uses a 2 bolt flange. trial use a v-band. So no it wouldn't work without modification or you would have to purchase a tail bov. so $700 around there.
