I’m back. Four years after selling my 2007 Shelby GT500 for financial reasons, I’m back in something worthy that I just picked up from a friend today. Both previous owners of this car were on SVTPerformance.

This particular Cobra has had quite a bit done to it. Unfortunately due to the unseasonably crappy weather in Wisconsin today, I couldn’t even get on this beast. It was 45 degrees with snow flurries in mid-May with mildly wet roads.

Unfortunately, this Cobra is quite clunky in the rear, far beyond what I believe is the normal “Cobra Clunk” (This is my first Terminator) but I have driven one before. I’m going to make an appointment at C&M Performance ASAP to diagnose.

I think it’s going to be a great summer and I’m glad to be back in an SVT product.

Nice mod list, enjoy it. You should try to find out, or just check to see if they put in the larger IRS mount bolts when the FTBR kit was installed. Hard to believe they wouldn't have.

Nice pick up, good list of mods and looks pretty clean too. It would look better without the extra badges and cowl hood but I am kinda of a purest on the style of these cars.

Agree. SVT badges are gone. Stripe is coming off and so is the cowl hood.

Nice move to remove the extra SVT badges on the fender. Just didn't look good at all. Stripes are personal taste, so removing them is a smart move if you're not into them. I was going to ask you if you got the stock hood with the car. You confirmed that you have it. I think you're going to like the stock hood much better than the cowl hood. IMO the 2003-2004 Cobra hood is one of the best designed Ford factory hoods ever.

Congrats on the purchase. Marv from C&M has done all the motor work on my car (whipple, cams, etc.) and I can't be more pleased with how it runs (that's an understatement). He is by far the best around our area.
