When I drive this car it makes me realize how much what seems like simple stuff I take for granted in the newer vehicles. Cup holders, steering wheel controls for everything, express windows, storage compartment and so on. Funny story from back in the early 90's. I drove new Mustangs for demos. My wife and I had been at the local drive in restaurant. Kind of like a Sonic. When we were done and leaving my wife still had a soda. Not having anywhere to put it she had it sitting on the dash on the little ledge above the glove box. The drive in is on a heavily traveled 4 lane road. As we went to leave there was a small opening in traffic right as I pulled to the exit. Not seeing her soda on the dash I hit the gas to go. The soda ended up in her lap, all over her and the car. Needless to say she was not happy.
