After making a post about not running a intercooler you guys pointed me into the direction of running one. I purchased a treadstone 1245-28. So you Vortech guys if your running this can you please chime in on the tubing that is needed. I really don't want to spend 200-300 dollars on tubing and end up using 100 dollars of it.

Thanks

Treadstone makes the nicest piping I've seen.. This is what you need...

Same intercooler.. Donathen racing tubular bumper support makes a wicked place to mount the intercooler.. I built it so the whole thing unbolts as an assembly.. Also welded all joints so there were minimal couplers.. You could use more couplers if you'd like but I prefer it this way.. Only difference would be your last pipe going to the throttle body.. The big cast piece comes from vortech.. Yours is slightly different.

edit: nevermind, just saw you welded it all up, very nice set up though!

damn, wonder if they make new procharger piping for my car, if so itd be worth it to get rid of all the couplers
They supply the raw tubing, not build the pipes lol..,I built it..

Looks like it took 2 straights, 1 straight with Tial Flange, 3 90's, and the Vortech "B" pipe which you probably already have from your non intercooled setup.
