A buddy of mine owns a McClaren 720S. When he got the car I'd never heard of it but OMG...it has proven itself to be quite the 3200lbs supercar! And it's reputation from the dig or a roll is all over UTube...Kills Demons/ZR1's and more. High 9's low 10's . Rated at 710HP but dynos have proven way more. Cost? As much as my house lol! A couple of weeks ago he's cruising 60mph and what rolls up on him? A Boss 302. There was a friend behind them on an wide open 6am, flat 3 lane highway. He's thinking c'mon man....EXCEPT....when they stabbed the gas the Boss pulled on the 720S. 80-100-110-120mph the Boss 302 is STILL out by a car. Well....both these guys are absolutely crazy because they stayed in the throttle. The McClaren 720S began pulling slightly ahead at...wait for it......150-160+mph before they lifted. Crazee. But this begs the question. The Boss 302 engine is Kick Ass..we know that. Put Twin Turbos on them and all that's needed is an OPG & Timing Change upgrade. I knew they could produce 800FWHP but this TT Boss 302 had BIG POWER. At first I was thinking it must have been a built engine ? Can I ask how much HP are you guys making on the stock block? This same McClaren walked away from my friend's 800HP GT500 with 373's from 60-125mph. * Sorry for the rant but I am intrigued !
