Borla S Type with Bassani Catted X pipe

Does anyone know if this combo is smog legal in California...I used to have stingers on my cobra and now I'm looking at getting them on my Mach 1 but also adding a bassani x pipe because I LOVE to way it sounds but my wife (who is a ford service manager) thinks that it may not be smog legal...so I figured who best to ask other than the experts let me know

The only really sure way to know is to get it tested. If its a catted X-pipe it should help but ultimately it come down to the shop you use and the tricks they know. Good luck with it.
