Boost bypass actuator valve install

Hi, Im getting ready to put a new boost bypass valve on my Lightning. Does anyone have any advice for me? Or is it straightforward? The arm isn’t going up on idle is why Im gonna put a new one on. I haven’t noticed any vacuum leaks.
