Ok, I was just looking for some input from other 99 cobra owners on what your getting for times, trap speed, 60ft....etc. I myself have trapped 102 at best with a 2.2 60ft. I need some more practice for sure.

thats about what i did.

lol funny that this thread came up i went to the track yesterday and my best was a 14.07. I have a dynomax catback and thats it . My trap was consistent high 101's and low 102's. My 60 foots were like 2.4 on average probally. These cars are 13.5 second cars right ???
Sounds like you guys are in the same boat as me. My best time is a 14.1. Launching seems to be a common problem here. As far as I know the 99's are the same as the 01's which run around 13.6. The fact that the 99's had "the fix" means that nobody really has solid numbers on them. I think with a trap speed of 102 a 13.6 is possible.
it sounds like its a driving issue. Try ang get your 60' to 2.0 or better and then compare times.
Oh I'm perfectly aware of that, I need some more practice at the track. I'm going in a week so I hope I can get my 60ft to at least a 2.1. I usually slip the clutch at around 2800-3000rpm, does that sound about right?
i ran a 13.5 at 102 stock...on my 99
I went to the track last night and my best run was 9.33 @ 78.13 on 1/8 mile track. 60' was 2.34. I had somuch wheel hop I couldn't get the car to go. My '90 5.0 lx would have smoked this car.
