As the title says, I have a brand new set of Russell 693210 stainless steel brake lines for the 99-04 Mustangs WITH A SOLID AXLE. I did a solid swap in my last Cobra and was going to use these but didn't. According to Russell's website, this set is for solid cars with traction control. Not sure how different it is than the 693290 for cars without TC.
Cheapest I found these was from Amazon for $132 shipped with Prime. I'll do $110 shipped and paypal'd in the cont. US.
