BMR K-member

Up until this point i was under the impression that BMR had a compatible K-member for the 2011+ cars. As listed on Lethals site,
BMR 2011 Mustang GT Race Tubular K-member (no mounts, power ra [KM009] : Lethal Performance, Performance parts for Ford Mustangs

but i have seen on numerous posts recently that there is no k-member available. Can someone please clarify?

I had spoke with kelly from BMR in early march in Bradenton. They were suppose to be only one difference between 2010 and 2011 the mount for steering. but here we are mid July and still waiting.

Hmm..thats weird. I was really excited when i saw it listed on Lethals site.

I spoke with Kelly the other day. The prototype has been made and they are testing it. As soon as it is ready and they are comfortable with the product it will be available.

kelly is an awesome guy, at my work we get BMR at dealer cost....so i almost want to order a bunch of parts for my car!

I called last week and it's ready for production. But I was told they are busy and would be about 3 months before production .

You can use any of the BMR K-Members on the 2011+

However, you must change the electric steering out for manual.

There are a few companies and people who have modified their 2005-2010 K-Member to work on the 2011. They clearanced the front bar, and added a bracket to the pass side motor mount area for a mounting tab for the electric box.

A birdy told me that they are also revising/improving the current design for more A-Arm adjustment.
