The land of commies and socialists!
I have the MM K and control arms sitting in my shopping cart. I really wanted the BMR to work. Would have saved me hundreds of dollars. Now it’s costing me time too. I have to see what they will do regarding return. Will they refund or replace. I’ll let ya’ll know what I learn tomorrow.

I feel really sorry for you and the other guys having issues with the piece. The shocking part to me is that we are talking about BMR. Issues like this are what I would have expected from someone like Granatelli.

At least you're still dealing with BMR as their customer service has always been good from what I have seen. Other companies like Granatelli would have either blamed you, blamed the car or claimed its not their part.

I really think that if you give BMR an honest chance they will handle this situation for all of you and you'll be happy in the end.

I told my buddy to reach out to BMR tomorrow just so they know he's having the same issue. We'll see what happens. I figure at best they send him an updated K member and he sends the old one back. And at worst his current K member comes out as well as the grinder and welder.

I am still hoping BMR fixes ALL the issues on this: the jig (squareness) issue and the LT header clearance issues.

This is truly a test of who they are as a company.

don't cease up like a "tinman"...and be a "finisher."
I used to tell the HS students this..until I just lost my teaching job to the HCPS FL cutoff hire date...

It seems time for BMR to send out a few field reps!!

Spoke with BMR today. I was told that they have confirmed the fitment error on their side. How soon they will have replacements or if they will issue refunds was not able to be communicated. I have sent them my pictures and I am awaiting an RMA. This is a bummer. I guess I'll re-assembly with my old k-member as I don't think they have any idea when the corrected product will be available. Not to mention shipment time back and forth... Kind of sucks as I would really like to just move on now to the tried and true MM part.

My buddy called them and they told him to send the old one back and as soon as the new ones are done they'll send him one. He doesn't have any place to store his car with the front end tore apart. They couldn't give him any idea as to when he new ones would ship. So he's kinda stuck right now.

So I'm out. Told bmr that I want a refund. Im not interested in being the first on a such an important part if the suspension that is going to be rushed. My car is a top end car pushing over 800hp, not sure I want to be thinking about a rushed part at the 160mph mark. Also a big issue for me is the engine height, I cant install it like it is even it bolted up. Just seems like too many things to fix and fix right. Sucks because I really wanted this to work. I was pretty excited.
They are giving me grief over trying to return the a-arms. Saying they can still be used, come on now, its a full kit. Why would i keep the arms? Hopefully i can get through to someone tomorrow about a full refund. I'd hate for this to end on a sour note now.
Keep yall posted.

I spoke to them on Monday morning. Asked for an RMA. Sent pictures and all that stuff. Never heard anything. Called later that day as I had no response, didn't know if the mail got through or not. I was told I would have the RMA yesterday. Nothing. I called at the end of the day yesterday. Was told it was getting worked on and I would have it today. Nothing. Anyone else getting the same slow walk? I just want a full refund as well. Placed a MM on order yesterday.

FYI, anyone looking for their warranty can find it here. Free Shipping on all BMR Suspension packages! Took me a couple minutes to find it.

I emailed them a few weeks ago about returning the control arms even though it was out of the return window. Never heard back.

I’ve been using the arms on my stock K for almost a year, i’d keep them...they’re a real nice upgrade over stock imo.

BMR has decided to take back all my parts (k-member, brace and a-arms) for a full refund. I may come back around, who knows but I don't want my money tied up in a piece I don't know the time frame on or how its going to fit.
They, BMR, has been very stand up about all of this and seem to be taking the right steps to fix it.
I hope you guys get what you are looking for.
I'll continue to follow this thread to see how everything turns out, like I said I may be back for one

Are you working with Dion there? I am not getting any feedback from BMR. I emailed again today and got no response again.

Yes I am. I've been using facebook messenger to get ahold of him. To be honest they aren't very quick. But I do get a response everyday from him, which is nice.
I feel bad for him, hes taking it on the chin due to a bad design. Cant imagine having to deal with everyone the have sent one out to at this point

Well, good for you. I get nothing. I am very professional in my communication to him. Not overly demanding. No crazy accusations.

I am in sales. I totally get it. However, I know how important communication is. No communication gets the customer anxious and upset. As is happening now with me now.

Hey I'm with you, if he/they were not responding I'd be singing a much different tune right now. I too am in sales, automotive aftermarket at that, so I get it too. Keep the customer informed and be realistic.
In his email signature he has a link to his messenger, I'd try that instead of email.

Well, two problems. I haven’t received any email back from him. I know he got them because he said he had received them. Would be good to get an email back. The other issue is that I do not do Facebook so no messenger.

So, Friday I received an email from UPS with a return label. No note from BMR, no return instructions. Oh well, I have enough experience that I know what to do. I had requested a refund. It'll take a week to get back to FL. It'll be interesting to see how quickly the refund happens.

On a side note, as a sanity check, I put the stock K back in. Fit like hand in glove. Didn't expect anything weird, but you know....
