Blown fuse high beams.

Guys i am in need of some help. My car is only blowing the high beam fuse when they are selected. It will pop if i pull to flash them or push to turn them on. I have replaced the complete turn signal assembly switch with a new ford one and the head light on off switch also. But it is still poping the fuse. Everything else works great. The car only has 7400 miles on it and i am stumped. Please point me into another direction to check. Thanks.

If you still have problem..you need to test instead of change..

Using the wiring diagram ..you find the circuit and all the breaks/ connectors..

Unplug the sections...than check them with multimeter ..

1st see stickys above post ....read before you post..scroll down 2003 mustang manual..if you get link to copy ..i have a file to turn it on..link is 50/50 if it works..ive used it before..but have a manual on dvd..

i will try to post some pics in thread along with some other wiring diagram links...but the main manual is best..it has connector views and harness locations all in 1 spot

open pic for c134...look above plugs..those are harness numbers..look in 9.1 for location of harness..9.2 list the harness numbers

find c134..un hook...retry lights with new fuse..if it blows its before that connector ..
