I know a lot of people have problems with their fuel cells. Well I had the same problem… stupid bladder!
So I built a new tank. I figured this group would be able to appreciate this lol
0.08 aluminum 5052 H32 with 0.125 wall.
Surge tank inside with OEM check valves.
I’ll be filling it with foam and running it bladderless. Worry free!

As we have discussed on messenger, great job on getting this pulled together Zach!

It’s awesome to have someone with your motivation and the shop to get it all done so quickly. My attempt was not as successful as I had to rely on others who just cannot prioritize the work for a number of reasons.

Can’t wait to see your car back up and running and get a chance at pick and one of these up as a back.

Hard to say exactly on hours.
Just the measuring and inventor modeling was probably 6-8 hours.
Fabrication with revisions/modification maybe 10-12 hours if I remember correctly.
