2.) They dont have to be trained to be a threat. They just need to be motivated. Look at what Castro did with a couple dozen faggots in the jungles of Cuba in 1959. When you have useful idiots that can serve as cannon fodder and carry out violence on behalf of your cause, you dont need proficient operators - Marxist life is cheap and the next imbecile in line picks up the rifle dropped by the guy in front that got shot.
