Okay everyone, Went to the fabricator shop today. I purchased some clamps for my exhaust that he didn't like the other day. So, I ordered some V band clamps for my exhaust. They came in today, so I went to drop them off. He liked the V band clamps much better and so did I LOL. While I was there I decided to try some spacers on my wheels. I have 17x8 on the car right now. So, I put a 1 inch spacer on the wheel to see if I can possibly fit a 17x9 out back. Looks like I may be in luck. Here the hoop is pushed out an inch. Now the wheel fits better in the well and it looks like 17x9's will work out back with a backspacing of about 4.25 inches. That should give me a real nice deep dish look too. With the car on the ground you can see there is enough of a lip over hanging the tire. Looks good to go to order some 17x9's when I'm ready. He was working on my exhaust pipes when I got there, but he showed me he got my fuel lines installed. Sweet! I love progress. He got them routed together and nice and tight up against the firewall. I'm happy with the results.
