I also had to remove the steering column and the brake pedal system as these items have some form of attachment to the engine bay. Got the steering column, pedals and driver's seat removed. Okay, I had painters tape and electrical tape wrapped around the column when I had my tach clamped to it. Taking all that apart and removing and reinstalling the column itself, my clutch and brake pedals, my clutch master cylinder took its toll on my column. Here you can see it is scratched to hell. Time to take it to my powder coater and let him work his magic. Turned my column in to the powder coater Saturday morning. He called me Saturday night and said I could come pick it up. I love this guy!!!
