Did some digging, those carbon wheels are 17lbs. each same as 350R wheels and being 1" larger diameter. There was an article C&D did about Carbon Revolutions updating their manufacturing of these wheels and making them lighter as they get better at making them with better procedures. C&D publishes their test cars weights with full tanks so 4059 is full tank. SP video showing 4080 was low fuel (dash showing the needle about 2-3mm above the E on the gauge). So, let's say SP's car has 3 gallons left in the tank (1 gallon of gas weighs 6.15lbs), full tank is 16 gallons so add another 80lbs to his 4080 and we are at 4160. Base car - CFTP car weight = 101 lbs. Other than the wheels what else is lighter on the TP car? A premium forged alum wheel 20x11" is around 25lbs (my Forgeline rear wheels for my 13 GT500 weigh that) so CF wheel on 2020 500 is 8 lbs. lighter. I'm sure the stock base alum 500 wheel is heavier than the afkt forged wheels but I don't think they are 25lbs heavier per corner than CF wheels to make up the 100 lbs. difference between the cars. Maybe Cup 2 tires are lighter than PS4S tires that one I don't know. The difference in weight between the CF rear spoiler and base rear spoiler is probably not that much maybe a couple pounds diff between the two.
