Best springs for lowering?

Does anyone have any suggestions on what springs to use if I want to lower my cobra 1-1.5" ?

I dont want a harsh ride but I want performance yet I dont want to sacrifice ride quaity.

Any info would be helpful.

If you can swing the bucks I strongly suggest coilovers. They give much better ride quality and are adjustable

Is that a Stage 2 kit? Maybe a stupid question but does a Stage 2 kit include everything in the Stage 1 kit plus the springs??

Stage 1 is the anti-hop shock kit only.

Stage 2 is the lowering spring kit only.

I think I may be going with the Steeda because I here they are very close to the same ride quality.
